Every product is reviewed and sample-checked before it goes live. If an item doesn't hold up in daily use, we drop it from the range.

Free international, flat R50 local shipping
International items ship free anywhere in South Africa. Local stock carries a flat R50 tracked delivery fee, free once your order reaches R450. No surprise fees at checkout.

A real South African team on email and WhatsApp, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 SAST, replying within one business day.
Customer satisfaction
You have 21 days from delivery to return an unused item for a refund or exchange, and faulty or damaged goods are collected and replaced at our cost. Electronics carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The full detail is on our returns and refund policy page.
How we source
We hold local stock where it makes sense and work directly with vetted global manufacturing partners for the rest, instead of carrying expensive warehouse inventory. That keeps prices honest and lets us add new gear quickly. Items shipped from international partners take roughly 7–14 business days and we say so upfront on the product page rather than surprising you after checkout.
