How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 2–4 business days. We sell our own stock and work with supplier partners within South Africa. Your parcel is tracked from dispatch.

What does shipping cost?

Various tracked shipping options are available for your convenience, starting from R50. Your available options and final shipping cost are confirmed at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order ships tracked, and a tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is collected.

What is the returns policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
