How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Local stock — including our content creator range — arrives in 2–4 business days. Items shipped from our vetted global supply partners take 7–14 business days door to door.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Occasionally. Items shipped from our international partners may attract local customs or import duties, which are set by your country and payable by you. We flag international items on the product page before you buy.

What does shipping cost?

Items shipped from our international partners are free to ship. Local-stock items carry a flat R50 per order anywhere in South Africa, no matter how many local items are in your bag — and that fee falls away once your order reaches R450. A bag with only international items always ships free.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order ships tracked, and a tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is collected.

What is the returns policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
