How long does delivery take?

Locally stocked items are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive in 2–4 business days. Items fulfilled by our global supply partners usually arrive in 7–14 business days.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your address and the items in your bag. Rates are shown before you pay.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order ships tracked, and a tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is collected.

What is the returns policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
