Wowzer Brands curates quality technology, lifestyle, beauty, fitness, audio and everyday products. We operate this storefront in partnership with Shopify for secure checkout, payment processing, and order fulfilment.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is only a record that we have received it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free on every order unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free tracked delivery on every order. Delivery timeframes depend on whether the item ships from local or international suppliers. Estimated delivery windows are shown on product pages and at checkout and are provided as guidelines, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
6. International Orders & Customs
Some products are sourced internationally. These items may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or handling charges levied by South African customs or the carrier. Such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@wowzerbrands.com or via WhatsApp. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
8. Warranties & Product Information
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are based on supplier information. We do our best to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that every display or description is error-free. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are passed on to the customer as supplied.
